Take a look at this gorgeous colt, very correct conformation, size and
beautiful movement with free shoulder and push from behind. He can go in any
direction, uphill tendencies promise a career in Dressage, athleticism will get
him over any fence in style. He's got the look the Hunters are dying for and
did I mention he's 3/4 Thoroughbred? Eventers, hello! Have a competitive cross
country horse who WILL also nail the Dressage part!
Absolute will be recorded with RPSI in September.
His mother is one of the nicest TB mares I have ever seen, she stands 17 hds and what a nice mover and great temperament.
Absolute was shown in hand at the NWSHBA finals late August and scored 73.5% from jane Ayers with wonderful comments about his correct conformation and ground covering trot. He was very well behaved (the best behaved foal there) but a little worried about the show arena so I didn't quite get the same great walk out of him, but he was very brave leading ahead of Mama!
He also went to the RPSI inspection where his mom was accepted into the main mare book and that made him eligible for registration. He scored and even 7.5 all the way around and earned silver premium, not bad at all for a 3/4 TB! Not bad at all! The judge saw a big career as a Hunter or Eventer for him, I have not given up on the Dressage idea, he is so easy to train! $4,500
