 Born April 11th right after midnight, we've had a little bit of trouble with
the mare retaining the placenta and getting very cramped. She wouldn't let
the foal nurse so we had to milk her and bottle feed the filly. The little
one REALLY likes people now. We eventually trailered mom and daughter to the
vet early in the morning where they could take care of the mare. Everything
turned out fine, she let the foal nurse as soon as her pain subsided.
The
filly already has trailer experience now and is a very perky little lady
with great coordination. The way she came trotting out of the trailer at 6
hours old gave me goosebumps thinking about a centerline when she's 6 years
old!
 Harlequin has grown up to be a very striking yearling. She has stayed harmonious in her appearance and is a very lofty mover. She has a very perky and sweet personality, extra clever as well. Very easy to train.
Harlequin has started her training with Jessica Wisdom, full digital xrays are on file. Price $20,000.
