 Born on Cinco de Mayo, right as I was sitting down for a very nice dinner
with very nice friends (and did I mention the Margaritas?). This colt just
demands your attention. Make no mistake, there`s no getting around THAT
presence!!! Wow! He has all the right angles and from what we can tell at
just a few days old, he`s got the moves to match it! Ladies watch out -
he`ll steal your heart in a second!
His real dam D`Romantica, being the
working mom that she is, will be competing in the 5 year old FEI Tests this
year. Surrogate Sydney and her family the Mays of Spokane will be busy
(really!)to raise this knockout prospect and compete him in Hand this
summer. I do honestly apologize to the competition, had no real idea this
cross would nick like that. My only regrets ... where the heck are the spots
when you want them????
Romeo was shown at 2 in hand shows last year consistently scoring in the mid to high 70's. He was an Angel to train and show, even after he was weaned! Going through some gangly stages last fall he is now starting to look very handsome again. He will be a big horse with lots of boing to his movement, very good legs and bone to him. He is as sweet and friendly as can be, a people horse!
